One of our dear blog followers requested the recipe we use for cheesecake.
I'm sorry it took so long to post!
Here it is! And it's super easy!!
Sweet and Simple Cheesecake
1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1tsp. vanilla
Beat cream cheese and milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until creamy. Pour onto graham cracker crust (pre-made, or make it yourself!), cool overnight, or if you can't wait until then, a few hours will suffice.
Remove from fridge, top with your choice of topping (strawberries, blueberries, cherries, etc.), and enjoy!

I can't wait to try this! I've never heard a cheesecake recipe quite like this before (all the ones I've tried have egg or sometimes flour). Thanks for sharing!
